My experience overall was phenomenal! I was exceptionally impressed with the cleanliness and organizational setup of the facility. Additionally, I took note of the professional and courteous service service. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive, to vehicle issues presented. Thank you for great service. I had a great experience here. Justin was helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I felt like he listened to what I was saying. The pricing was great. I waited for my brakes to get done and they had a shuttle that dropped me off in town. Very convenient since I’m from out of state. Justin also kept me informed when there was an additional issue found once they were doing the work. I would definitely recommend them.

Both my Service Advisor Todd and General Manager Johnny at Campus Automotive truly exceeded every expectation I had. My 20 year old daughter and roommate were visiting from out of town when her 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan developed an issue and Campus Automotive was able to get her in, consult with the closest VW dealership 30 minutes away in Roanoke, and complete the repair as quickly as possible so she could get back to school. I called for a tow for my 2012 Toyota Tundra with 315k. The check engine light was flashing and the truck was misfiring. I feared the worst. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Campus Automotive, especially Todd and James. They were seriously the best. My car had an issue and no one else was able to take it or figure it out, and I was really stressed because I needed to be able to drive home. Todd and James took my car in right away and had it fixed within a day.
